A Little About Myself

Early in life I had an interest in the body as well as wholistic and complimentary therapies. Massage therapy and bodywork had always interested me. In 2001 I attended Southeastern School of Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy in Charlotte, NC and it has been one of my best choices ever! Having a pull to work with structural and functional aspects of the body, I entered the KMI Structural Integration training program in 2012 in Atlanta, GA. To continue my understanding of the human body and to further help those experiencing pain or somatic dysfunction, I went on to study CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute in 2014 and continue on in my studies. I enjoy helping people resolve issues of pain, injury, trauma and structural imbalances. I specialize in KMI Structural Integration and CranioSacral Therapy.
